Personal information transfer abroad is essential for providing design and video production services, and refusal of foreign transfer will render service use impossible. In cases where the Company uses services of overseas cloud service providers for business operations, it only does so after thoroughly reviewing the service provider’s compliance with information protection and privacy guidelines.

However, we do not knowingly collect behavioral information from users under 14 years of age for customized advertising nor provide tailored advertisements to children.

Article 10: Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise
Data subjects who have directly provided their personal information to the Company can exercise rights such as requesting access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing regarding their personal information at any time. These rights can be exercised through the personal information protection department in Article 11.
Rights can be exercised in ways such as written communication, email, or chat consulting in accordance with Paragraph (1), Article 41 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company will act without delay upon receiving such requests.
Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative of the data subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, an attendance letter in accordance with Appendix 11 of the Notice of the Processing of Personal Information Methods (No. 2023-12) must be submitted.
Requests for access and suspension of processing personal information may be restricted based on Articles 35 (4) and 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Requests for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be made if such personal information is explicitly designated as collected by other laws.
When processing a request for access, correction/deletion, or suspension, the Company verifies whether the request comes from the data subject or a legitimate representative.
